We do not bill private medical insurance, but we do provide invoices so individuals can file for insurance reimbursement. Prices and Shipping Product prices are subject to change without notice. International Shipments All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Recipient pays taxes and applicable duty charges. Payment must be made by direct deposit to Kaye Products, Inc. account or check drawn on a U.S. bank. Warranty We provide a two-year limited warranty for items that we manufacture. If an item proves defective within two years of the original purchase, we will provide you with replacement parts in order to correct any defect that develops in the product. For warranty service, simply contact Kaye Products Customer Service, by phone, fax, or mail. Kaye Products, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and does not warrant the product as being fit for a particular purpose. The purchaser, owner, and user assume all risk of personal and property injury due to the use of the equipment. Returns 25% Restocking fee on items returned 20 days from date of invoice. Items held more than 45 days may not be returned. Damaged or modified equipment may not be returned for refund or credit. Items should be packed in original cartons and all loose items (especially leg extensions) should be wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Credit will not be issued for damaged items. ***Shipping problems/damage must be reported to Kaye Products within 10 days of date of invoice*** Replacement Parts We try to keep all product parts available for immediate shipment. Please call for prices on individual parts. Since designs change periodically, we will need to know the approximate date you ordered the product for which you are ordering parts.
